Built around respect for workers

Keep work organized.
Keep personal time personal.

Clear records for contractors. Control over personal time for employees. Keeper tracks the details—people make the decisions.

A location check. Not a tracking trail.

GPS is captured only when you clock in or out to check your punch against the job site. Keeper does not continuously track your location.

Your personal time stays yours.

Employees choose their own work-message hours and timezone. Automated work-order emails are blocked outside those hours unless the employee has opted in to emergency emails. Contractors cannot override these settings.

Emergencies are opt-in. Always.

After-hours emergency messaging is off by default. Only the employee can opt in or revoke consent. When enabled, clearly labeled emergency emails can arrive outside their chosen message hours.

Record the interruption. Leave the decision to people.

Sent after-hours emergency emails are recorded for contractor pay review. Recording an alert does not automatically charge anyone or add it to payroll; the contractor makes the final billing decision.

These controls apply to Keeper’s work-order emails, not regular phone calls or messages sent outside Keeper.
